Within this project, I developed a high-fidelity mock-up of a contact form tailored for Okalpha. Emphasizing accessibility for keyboard navigation, I integrated key user information fields while harmonizing the design with Okalpha's brand identity. The form includes inputs for names, phone numbers, emails, marketing consent, terms acceptance, company names, and a message section, complemented by a straightforward submission button.
